摘要

冶金工业作为我国原料采集与产品加工制造产业工程的重要组成部分,在国民经济中占有举足轻重的地位.当前,在时代、社会、科学技术迅猛发展背景下,我国钢铁企业正逐步朝着绿色化、高效化、智能化方向快速发展,因而对冶金工程专业人才提供提出了更高的要求.故此,在钢铁强国战略下,为培养符合当前钢铁产业发展需要的高素质、复合型的冶金工程专业人才,文章从建设冶金工程专业人才培养模式的意义层面出发,在对当前我国冶金工程专业人才培养现存问题分析基础上,对实现专业人才培养模式革新的有效路径进行探讨,以期能对我国冶金工程专业人才培养模式的改革具有借鉴意义.

Abstract

The metallurgical industry of China raw material collection and product processing manufacturing industry engineer-ing is an important component in the national economy plays an important role.At present,under the background of the rapid development of The Times,society,science and technology,China's iron and steel enterprises are gradually developing in the direction of green,efficient and intelligent,which puts forward higher requirements for metallurgical engineering professionals.Therefore,under the strategy of strengthening iron and steel,in order to train high-quality and compound metallurgical engi-neering professionals who meet the needs of the current development of iron and steel industry,this paper starts from the signif-icance of building metallurgical engineering professional personnel training mode,analyzes the existing problems in the cur-rent training of metallurgical engineering professionals in China,and discusses the effective ways to realize the innovation of professional personnel training mode.In order to provide reference for the reform of professional personnel training mode of metallurgical engineering in China.
