Exploration and Practice of Talent Training Model for Metallur-gical Technology under the Background of New Engineering
Metallurgy industry is gradually moving towards low-carbon metallurgy and intelligent metallurgy.It is an important mission of higher education metallurgical engineering specialty to cultivate high-quality,compound and innovative talents in the new era.Based on the background of the new engineering,the connotation and objectives of the construction of the new en-gineering major and the problems faced by the construction of the talent training mode of the current metallurgical engineering discipline,this paper analyzes the talent training mode and practice path of the metallurgical technology major,aiming at fur-ther innovating the metallurgical teaching work and improving the teaching quality of the major.It also provides reference for realizing multi-dimensional training and teaching objectives of compound metallurgical talents.
