Research on the Reinforcement and Renovation Project of Rein-forced Concrete Frame Structure in a Certain University——Discussion on Pre renovation Appraisal and Reinforcement Design
With the expansion of enrollment in universities,student dormitory resources are becoming increasingly scarce.To effectively address this issue,a certain university is actively exploring the reintegration of its real estate resources by reinforc-ing and transforming the existing affiliated hospital complex building into new student dormitories.This study focuses on the first phase of the project,conducting in-depth analysis and research on the content and process of pre renovation identification and reinforcement design stages.By analyzing the identification methods and reinforcement design ideas in detail,valuable ref-erence and experience are provided for similar engineering projects in the future,in order to better respond to the resource inte-gration and building renovation needs in the development process of universities,and improve the utilization efficiency of cam-pus infrastructure.
