新疆某磁铁矿选矿厂破碎工段采用三段一闭路破碎、干磁预选工艺流程,生产过程中存在破碎系统循环负荷大的问题.为达到减少破碎循环时间、提高矿石入破量、减小入磨粒度、提高磨矿处理量和磨矿效率的目的,需要对选厂破碎流程进行优化.将原有的圆振筛筛孔增大,降低细碎循环负荷;在原有的干磁预选后增加高压辊磨合振动筛,将入磨粒度减小,多碎少磨;将高压辊系统前增加磁滚筒抛废,脉石矿物能抛早抛.此次破碎工艺流程优化后,入破量有所增加,入磨粒度变小,入磨品位得以提高,产能也获得了提升.
Application of Crushing Process Transformation in a Certain Iron Ore Beneficiation Plant in Xinjiang
The crushing section of a magnetite ore beneficiation plant in Xinjiang adopts a three-stage closed circuit crushing and dry magnetic pre selection process,which has the problem of high cyclic load in the crushing system during the production process.To achieve the goal of reducing crushing cycle time,increasing ore crushing volume,reducing grinding particle size,increasing grinding processing capacity and grinding efficiency,it is necessary to optimize the crushing process in the benefici-ation plant.Increase the aperture of the original circular vibrating screen to reduce the fine crushing cycle load;After the origi-nal dry magnetic pre selection,high-pressure roller grinding and vibrating screen are added to reduce the particle size of the grinding material,resulting in more crushing and less grinding;Add a magnetic drum in front of the high-pressure roller sys-tem for waste disposal,allowing for early disposal of gangue minerals.After the optimization of the crushing process,the amount of crushing has increased,the particle size of grinding has decreased,the grade of grinding has been improved,and the production capacity has also been increased.
