摘要
自动化与智能化技术在煤矿采掘中的应用,可以有效提升采煤效率、提升煤矿采掘安全性,并优化资源利用,实现煤矿采掘作业的环保节能,是提升煤矿采掘效率和质量,推进煤矿采掘高质量发展的重要途径.据此,本文对自动化与智能化技术在煤矿采掘中的具体应用进行详细阐述分析,包括自动化与智能化技术在煤矿掘进、煤矿采掘监控、煤矿输送与装载环节、煤矿开采、支架调节、矿井提升机中的应用.基于此,本文提出自动化与智能化技术在煤矿采掘中的应用水平提升策略:合理与科学设计无线网传输系统、设计与控制截割路径、调整自适应牵引控制方案,旨在为煤矿行业的自动化与智能化技术应用提供参考和指导.
Abstract
The application of automation and intelligent technology in coal mining can effectively improve coal mining efficien-cy,enhance coal mining safety,optimize resource utilization,and achieve environmental protection and energy conservation in coal mining operations.It is an important way to improve coal mining efficiency and quality,and promote high-quality develop-ment of coal mining.Based on this,this article provides a detailed analysis of the specific applications of automation and intelli-gence technologies in coal mining,including their applications in coal mining excavation,monitoring,transportation and load-ing,mining,support adjustment,and mine hoists.Based on this,this article proposes strategies to improve the application level of automation and intelligence technology in coal mining:reasonable and scientific design of wireless network transmission sys-tem,design and control of cutting path,adjustment of adaptive traction control scheme,aiming to provide reference and guid-ance for the application of automation and intelligence technology in the coal mining industry.
