Determination of Primary and Secondary Components in Steelmak-ing Fluorite by Melting Sampling X-ray Fluorescence Spectroscopy
Anhydrous lithium tetraborate(Li2B4O7)and ammonium iodide were used as fluxes to melt and prepare samples at 1050℃.The primary and secondary elements in steel fluorite were determined by X-ray fluorescence spectroscopy. The miner-al effect in the sample during the determination process was eliminated by melting and matrix correction. The working curve was created using a series of standard samples, and the selection of experimental conditions, preparation of samples, and analy-sis results were described. The experiment shows that this method is simple, fast, precise, and has high accuracy in the results.
