Evaluation and Analysis of the Support Effect under the Control of High-strength Prestressing Anchor Belt Mesh Rope and Cable Combination
In response to the poor support effect of the existing support methods in Wangjiazhai Coal Mine,this article proposes the use of high-strength and high pre tension anchor rods and prestressed anchor cables for combined support to mobilize and exert the self bearing capacity of the roof and the comprehensive bearing capacity of the two coal bodies.In order to understand the deformation law of the roadway under the production technology conditions,geological conditions of the surrounding rock,and stress state of the surrounding rock,and to test the support effect,the study object was selected to conduct on-site testing on the downhill of the Sancai track.Firstly,calculate the parameters of anchor rod and anchor cable support,while considering the strength of support materials such as anchor rod,anchor cable,steel strip,metal mesh,etc.,to determine the design of the tunnel section.Then,use ANSYS to simulate the stress and displacement changes of the surrounding rock before and after sup-port.From the simulation results,it can be concluded that the adopted support scheme can effectively control the deformation of the surrounding rock,and the support parameters are reasonable.Through on-site experimental observation,the designed support method and parameters basically meet the needs of normal underground production.However,the deformation of the upper support of the roadway is still significant,mainly due to the large range of loosening and damage of the upper support.Some sections have exceeded the anchoring range of the anchor rod.Therefore,it is recommended to increase the length of the upper support anchor rod appropriately to better exert its support performance and further improve the support effect.
