摘要

硅铁碳球使用直接在坩埚燃烧的方法进行检测发热量将出现试样燃烧不完全的现象,导致硅铁碳球发热无法准确检测.试验发现在试样下部增加玻璃棉衬垫物,可使硅铁碳球试样在量热仪的氧弹中完全燃烧,从而实现硅铁碳球发热量准确测定.

Abstract

The use of direct combustion in a crucible to detect the heat generation of silicon iron carbon balls may result in in-complete combustion of the sample,leading to inaccurate detection of the heat generation of silicon iron carbon balls.The ex-periment found that adding a glass wool liner at the bottom of the sample can completely burn the silicon iron carbon ball sam-ple in the oxygen bomb of the calorimeter,thereby achieving accurate measurement of the heat generation of the silicon iron carbon ball.
