在钢铁冶炼过程中,保护渣作为重要的辅助材料,其熔点的准确测定对于保证冶炼过程的顺利进行和产品质量具有重要意义.本文通过比对煤灰熔融性测定方法和保护渣熔点测定方法之间的差异,以及所用检测设备之间的差异,探究用煤灰熔融性测定方法检测保护渣熔点的可行性,通过试验验证,建立适用于保护渣熔点检测的新方法.
Feasibility Study on the Determination Method of Coal Ash Fus-ibility to Detect the Melting Point of Protective Slag
In the process of steel smelting,protective slag is an important auxiliary material,and accurate determination of its melting point is of great significance for ensuring the smooth progress of the smelting process and product quality.This article explores the feasibility of using the coal ash melting point measurement method to detect the melting point of slag by comparing the differences between the coal ash melting point measurement method and the slag melting point measurement method,as well as the differences between the detection equipment used.Through experimental verification,a new method suitable for de-tecting the melting point of slag is established.
