Application Status and Development Trend of Automatic Steel-making Laboratory Technology
With the continuous development of the iron and steel industry,improving product quality and production efficiency has become the focus of the industry.The traditional steelmaking testing methods rely on manual operation,and there are prob-lems such as long operation time,high labor intensity and unstable accuracy,which are difficult to meet the needs of modern production.Relatively speaking,the automatic steelmaking laboratory technology provides a reliable and efficient quality con-trol means for the steel production through the automation equipment and process optimization in the system composition.This paper analyzes the composition,operation process and current application status of automatic steelmaking testing technology in detail,and discusses the key factors of each system link,improves the analysis speed,reduces human error,improves the accu-racy of data,and gives the future technology development trend.
