热轧带钢是重要的钢铁产品,热连轧是热轧带钢生产的主要方式之一,其中带钢镰刀弯是热轧产线的一个重要指标.实际热轧带钢生产中,成品带钢头部和尾部都会产生镰刀弯,对后续的卷取工艺造成不利因素,对成品质量也起到了重大的影响,同时易导致轧制跑偏产生的废钢事故.本文主要对热轧生产中出现的镰刀弯的原因和相应控制手段进行阐述,为进一步提高轧制的稳定性和产品质量,积累一定经验.
Cause and Control of Sickle Bend in Hot Rolled Strip Steel
Hot rolled strip steel is an important steel product,and hot rolling is one of the main methods of producing hot rolled strip steel.The sickle bending of the strip steel is an important indicator of the hot rolling production line.In the actual produc-tion of hot-rolled strip steel,both the head and tail of the finished strip steel will undergo sickle bending,which will cause ad-verse factors to the subsequent coiling process and have a significant impact on the quality of the finished product.At the same time,it is easy to cause scrap accidents caused by rolling deviation.This article mainly elaborates on the causes and corre-sponding control measures of sickle bending in hot rolling production,in order to further improve the stability and product qual-ity of rolling and accumulate certain experience.
