This article takes the renovation project of the 1580mm hot rolling and precision rolling bending system of a large do-mestic steel enterprise as an example,introduces the reasons and technical difficulties of the transformation of the CVC rolling mill bending system from a mobile bending roll structure to a fixed bending roll structure,and summarizes the practical experi-ence of the transformation,providing relevant technical references for future bending system renovation projects.
