This paper introduces the pretreatment spraying device of the electrostatic spraying production line of corrugated beam and plate in the eighth steel pipe Co.,LTD.Powder spraying is known for its high integration,automation and intelli-gence,and has become mature at present.However,the spraying channel is damaged due to the large environmental tempera-ture difference in the local autumn and winter,which has become a significant problem in equipment management.After ana-lyzing the spraying device,the material and connection mode are re-selected for improvement,which not only avoids the leak-age of the pretreatment liquid,but also effectively avoids the environmental risk caused by the leakage of the treatment liquid.
