Analysis of Rotor Vibration in Dry Quenching Circulating Fan
This article mainly focuses on the gradual increase of horizontal and axial vibrations during the operation of the dry quenching circulating fan, which leads to the inability to maintain normal operation and production.By utilizing state detection and diagnosis methods,we can achieve early prevention, advance prediction and judgment, and carry out maintenance and treatment of deteriorating equipment and mechanisms in advance, achieving preventive maintenance and improving equipment operation rates.Usually, imbalance is the most common fault in various rotating machinery. The causes of rotor imbalance in circulating fans are multifaceted, such as unreasonable rotor structure design, quality deviation during mechanical processing, assembly errors, uneven material, and failure to meet dynamic balance accuracy standards;Changes in the relative position of the coupling during operation;Defects or wear of rotor components, such as scaling caused by corrosion, wear, uneven media, and detachment of wear-resistant layers during operation; The components of the plastic deformation rotor in the production line, such as impellers, blades, shrouds, tension bars,wear-resistant layers, etc.,are locally damaged or detached due to fa-tigue stress, resulting in fragments flying out.
