Transformation and Application of High Tension in the Stress Re-lief Furnace
There is a stainless steel horizontal muffle tube continuous stress relief annealing furnace in the factory.The produc-tion line is designed to produce strip steel with a thickness and width range of 0.06 mm~0.6 mm*620 mm,a maximum fur-nace temperature of 800℃,a maximum speed of 15 m/min,and a maximum tension of 50 Kg~250 Kg inside the furnace.Due to the quality defect of orange peel on the surface of the strip steel,the process proposed to increase the tension inside the fur-nace to flatten the orange peel on the surface of the strip steel while passing through the high-temperature furnace zone.It is re-quired that the tension value inside the furnace can reach 2500 kg,while also being able to maintain the original low tension production(50 kg).There are jumping rollers installed in front of the furnace,and the maximum tension is designed to be 250 kg,which cannot meet the current high tension requirements.At the same time,due to changes in process tension requirements,the original tension roller motor power is too low to provide the required high tension for the tension rollers in front and behind the furnace.Therefore,it is necessary to increase the power of the tension roller motors in front and behind the furnace,and at the same time replace the jumping rollers in front of the furnace with a new measuring device with tension measurement and jumping function to ensure the accuracy of the tension inside the furnace.It can be controlled by a small tension jumping roller or directly controlled by a large tension,eliminating the quality defects mentioned above during high-temperature annealing of the strip steel.After the renovation was completed,the above process requirements were met and the problem of surface defects on the strip steel was solved.
