摘要

本文主要阐述了轧机入口恒张力控制原理,并对传动转矩计算、1#机架速度解耦控制进行深入分析.采用机架的解耦控制以及速度环饱和下的转矩限幅控制,保证1#机架在调整速度和辊缝时,轧机入口张力保持稳定,确保轧机厚度控制精度.

Abstract

This article mainly elaborates on the principle of constant tension control at the inlet of the rolling mill,and conducts in-depth analysis on the calculation of transmission torque and decoupling control of the speed of the 1#stand.By adopting decoupling control of the frame and torque limiting control under speed loop saturation,it is ensured that the inlet tension of the rolling mill remains stable when adjusting the speed and roll gap of the 1#frame,ensuring the accuracy of thickness con-trol of the rolling mill.
