As an important equipment in the raw material area,the stacker reclaimer will greatly affect the production plan of the raw material area once it malfunctions.Collision accidents of stacker reclaimers generally result in equipment damage and long-term maintenance.This article aims to explore the difference between the normal operating state and collision fault state of the stacker reclaimer,identify the differences in dynamic parameters between the two,and find appropriate countermea-sures.It is hoped that in the event of a collision accident,the equipment can be alerted or stopped to ensure the smooth opera-tion of the stacker reclaimer.
