Design of a Three-jaw Chuck Positioning Type Steel Pipe Slotting Device
Based on the statistical analysis of the groove type and grooving technical requirements of steel pipe for the steel structure production project of belt conveyor in Qulong Copper Mine,Xizang Province,a three-grip chuck positioning type steel pipe grooving device is designed.The device mainly includes a base,positioning mechanism,lifting platform,anti-rolling device,guide rail and other parts,which can realize the grooving operation of different pipe diameters,different lengths and dif-ferent grooving types,and its structure is simple,the production cost is low,the operation is simple and the operation precision is high.The use of the device greatly improves the quality and efficiency of the traditional manual slotting operation,realizes the semi-automatic slotting operation,the slotting operation precision meets the technical requirements,facilitates the assem-bly and welding operation,and provides a reliable guarantee for the next plug-in connection.
