This article introduces the steelmaking process of Xinjiang Bayi Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd.using oxygen top and bottom combined blowing converter and ladle argon blowing stirring technology under the existing technical equipment conditions.Ad-vanced refining technology outside the furnace is applied to improve inclusions and develop cold heading wire rod SWRCH22A.The key points and difficulties of process control in the production process from steelmaking to continuous cast-ing are elaborated,as well as the problems and improvement measures in the development and production process.The SWRCH22A cold heading steel wire rod produced meets the performance standards and product quality meets user needs.
