本文对Q355C转炉出钢后直接进行连铸的生产过程进行了研究,分析了生产过程[O]和[N]的变化,对材料非金属夹杂进行了分析,提高了钢的纯净度,通过成分设计避开了裂纹敏感区,有效控制了板坯角裂,板坯实现了热装轧制,-20℃冲击功检测显示,钢材的性能达到了Q355C的质量要求,实现了批量生产.
In this paper,the production process of direct continuous casting after Q355C converter tapping was studied,the changes of[O]and[N]in the production process were analyzed,the non-metallic inclusions in the material were analyzed,the purity of steel was improved,the sensitive area of crack was avoided by composition design,the corner crack of slab was effec-tively controlled,and the hot charging rolling of slab was realized.The performance of the steel meets the quality requirements of Q355C,and the batch production is realized.
