Research on the Mechanism of Slag Steel Reaction and Composi-tion Control Technology in Converter Steelmaking Process
The slag steel reaction is an important step in optimizing smelting efficiency and steel quality,achieving converter smelting,reducing costs,and improving production efficiency.The article systematically studies the complex reaction mecha-nism between slag and steel,elucidating the influence of factors such as slag composition and temperature regulation on the in-trinsic mechanism of slag steel interaction.By precisely controlling the reaction conditions and composition of the slag system,the optimization of the slag steel reaction process can be achieved,which improves metallurgical efficiency while reducing en-ergy and raw material consumption.This lays the foundation for the optimization and improvement of the converter smelting process,promotes the sustainable development of China's industry,and achieves the goal of green and low-carbon production.
