基于GTS-NX的矿山井巷支护方式及参数模拟分析

以没租哨磷矿为研究对象,通过Midas GTS-NX数值模拟分析,对其深部巷道开挖支护进行模拟分析,结果表明:三种不同支护方式对应的支护参数均可有效减小围岩塑性区分布且巷道顶板沉降小,表明支护设计合理,同时可通过联合支护有效消除塑性区分布;锚杆支护、喷射混凝土支护及钢拱架三种支护方式相比,锚杆支护属于主动支护,喷混及钢拱架支护为被动支护,但喷混支护效果更为明显;为防止巷道开挖后应力立即得到释放,各支护工作确保随掘随支;随着矿体埋深加大,深部巷道所受的片帮及底鼓现象更加明显.
Simulation Analysis of Support Method and Parameters of Mine Roadway Based on GTS-NX
Taking Mozushao Phosphorite Mine as the research object,through numerical simulation analysis of Midas GTS-NX,simulation analysis of its deep roadway excavation and support,the results show that the support parameters corresponding to the three different support methods can be effective Reducing the distribution of surrounding rock plastic area and small set-tlement of the roadway roof indicates that the support design is reasonable,and at the same time,the distribution of the plastic area can be effectively eliminated through combined support;bolt support,shotcrete support and steel arch support support In contrast,the bolt support is an active support.The shotcrete and steel arch support are passive support,but the shotcrete sup-port effect is more obvious.In order to prevent the stress from being released immediately after the tunnel is excavated,each support work ensures With digging and supporting;as the burial depth of the ore body increases,the phenomenon of sheet walls and floor bulges experienced by deep tunnels becomes more pronounced.
