Practice of Frequency Conversion Energy-saving Transformation of Dust Removal Fan in Steelmaking Plant
This article introduces the scheme and implementation process of changing 7 dust removal fans in a steel plant from hydraulic coupling control to high-voltage frequency converter control.The necessity of upgrading and transformation is dem-onstrated through the comparison between hydraulic coupling and high-voltage frequency converter.The control principle and application of high-voltage frequency converters were emphasized,and the comparison of power consumption data before and after the renovation of 7 wind turbines showed a significant reduction in auxiliary power consumption of about 8kw.h/t after im-plementation.
