摘要

HyCROF技术(富氢碳循环氧气高炉技术)是中国宝武为大幅降低传统高炉工序碳排放而开发的一项前瞻性的低碳炼铁新技术,本文介绍了HyCROF技术的研发过程,总结了HyCROF技术的成功要素与取得的主要成果,展望未来,提出了以科技创新推动"双碳"目标实现、打造碳中和示范产线、加快HyCROF技术的推广应用等建议.

Abstract

HyCROF technology(hydrogen rich carbon cycle oxygen blast furnace technology)is a forward-looking low-carbon ironmaking new technology developed by China Baowu to significantly reduce carbon emissions from traditional blast furnace processes.This article introduces the research and development process of HyCROF technology,summarizes the successful factors and main achievements of HyCROF technology,looks forward to the future,and puts forward suggestions such as pro-moting the"dual carbon"goal through technological innovation,building a carbon neutral demonstration production line,and accelerating the promotion and application of HyCROF technology.
