Baosteel Coking has a total of 4 55 hole 6m top mounted coke ovens.In 2018,in order to meet the relevant require-ments of the national atmospheric ultra-low emission environmental protection regulations,3 sets of integrated activated car-bon desulfurization and denitrification devices were built for the 4 coke ovens.Among them,A1 and A2 coke ovens adopt a"one furnace,one tower"layout,while B1 and B2 coke ovens adopt a"two furnaces,one tower"layout.This article provides a detailed introduction to the application effect of activated carbon integrated desulfurization and denitrification technology in the treatment of coking flue gas at Baosteel,as well as the difficulties encountered and countermeasures taken in achieving standard emissions of coke oven flue gas.
