降低CSP均热炉氧化烧损的实践研究

钢坯在加热过程中,钢坯表面与炉气中氧化性气体(O2、CO2、H2O、SO2)发生氧化反应,会产生氧化烧损.通过对影响氧化烧损因素的分析,从加热时间、加热温度、炉内气氛进行优化,结合生产实践将均热炉的空燃比、炉内不同区间加热温度、板坯入炉温度和炉压操作方面进行探索调整,对比调整前后的氧化烧损数据可以发现,调整后能有效减少氧化烧损,提高成材率,从而产生显著经济效益.为今后均热炉智能化控制系统在提高加热质量、降低烧损以及节能降耗应用研究方面提供思路.
Practical Research on Reducing the Oxidation and Burning Loss of CSP Soaking Furnace
During the heating process of steel billets,the surface of the billet undergoes oxidation reactions with oxidizing gases(O2,CO2,H2O,SO2)in the furnace gas,resulting in oxidation and burning losses.By analyzing the factors affecting oxidation burn loss,optimizing heating time,heating temperature,and furnace atmosphere,and combining with production practice,ex-ploring and adjusting the air-fuel ratio,heating temperature in different intervals of the furnace,slab inlet temperature,and fur-nace pressure operation of the homogenization furnace.Comparing the oxidation burn loss data before and after adjustment,it can be found that the adjustment can effectively reduce oxidation burn loss,improve yield,and generate significant economic benefits.To provide ideas for future research on the application of intelligent control systems for homogenization furnaces in im-proving heating quality,reducing burning losses,and energy conservation and consumption reduction.
