Analysis of Energy and Water Consumption of Steam Power Equipment in Steel Enterprises
As an important pillar of the national economy,energy consumption and water utilization in the production process of the iron and steel industry have always been the focus of attention in the field of industrial energy conservation and environmen-tal protection.With the global emphasis on sustainable development,iron and steel enterprises are also constantly seeking ways to improve energy utilization efficiency and reduce water consumption.Iron and steel enterprises in the process of metal-lurgical production,will produce a large amount of surplus energy,including surplus metallurgical gas,residual pressure,resid-ual heat,etc.,most of which surplus energy through the steam power equipment will be converted to electricity or power,out-side a large part of the primary energy is lost,most of these lost primary energy needs to be taken away through the evaporation of water to absorb the heat,and therefore the study of steam power equipment in the process of energy production,the There-fore,the study of steam power equipment in the process of energy production,primary energy conversion to secondary energy conversion efficiency and water consumption between the relationship between the steam power equipment can guide the effi-cient operation.The purpose of this paper is to analyze the steel enterprises steam power equipment in the energy production process of energy consumption and water consumption,to explore strategies to improve the efficiency of energy conversion and reduce water consumption,through a detailed analysis of the steel enterprises steam power equipment water consumption com-posed of various indicators,to provide water consumption indicators of the proposed reference and guidance.
