摘要

受八钢自有焦煤资源及疆内主焦煤资源现状、以及铁水综合成本较高的被动局面影响,稳定焦炭质量,降低焦炭成本成为核心问题,如何大比例将疆内现有的低品质弱粘性焦煤配入生产成为关键问题.公司成立攻关组,在保证焦炭质量前提下,通过配煤结构优化、工艺条件创新等措施在小焦炉、工业焦炉先后开展炼焦试验、生产试验,最终实现工业化生产.

Abstract

Influenced by the status quo of free coking coal resources and main coking coal resources in Xinjiang,and the pas-sive situation of high comprehensive cost of hot metal,stabilizing coke quality and reducing coke cost have become the core is-sues,how to make large proportion of the existing low-quality weak viscous coking coal in Xinjiang into production has become a key problem,the company set up a key group,under the premise of ensuring the quality of coke,through the measures of coal blending structure optimization and process optimization,coking tests and production tests were carried out in small coke ov-ens and industrial coke ovens,and finally industrialized production was realized.
