Theoretical Analysis of Machining Deformation of Slender Beam Structural Components of Ti6Al4V
The article focuses on the machining deformation problem of Ti6Al4V slender beam parts,and uses the Euler Ber-noulli beam theory to analyze the influence of typical support methods on the overall static stiffness and machining deformation of slender beams.This provides theoretical guidance and technical support for the clamping scheme design and machining pro-cess of Ti6Al4V slender beam structural parts.
