摘要

高纯石英砂是光伏、半导体等高技术产业的关键原料.针对天然石英砂中Fe、Al、Ti等杂质难以去除这一难题,本文系统分析了物理、化学、热加工等多种高纯石英砂加工技术的基本原理与工艺流程.结合某材料公司的实际案例,提出了一套行之有效的高纯石英砂精深加工技术方案.实践表明,该方案技术可行、经济合理,所得高纯石英砂产品纯度稳定达到99.999%以上,能够满足高端应用需求.

Abstract

High-purity quartz sand is the key raw material of photovoltaic,semiconductor and other high-tech industries.In view of the problem of removing Fe,Al,Ti and other impurities in natural quartz sand,this paper systematically analyzes the basic principles and processes of many high purity quartz sand processing technologies,such as physical,chemical and ther-mal processing.Combined with the actual case of a material company,a set of effective technical scheme of high purity quartz sand is put forward.The practice shows that the scheme is feasible and economical,and the purity of high purity quartz sand products is stable to more than 99.999%,which can meet the needs of high-end applications.
