为了对柜体关键承重部件安装座材料性能进行分析评估,改善其内部力学性能和使用寿命,提高产品设计可靠性.本文对热处理数值模拟方法进行了研究,并对安装座水淬、油淬、双液淬火三种冷却方式进行了数值模拟,实现了对安装座材料在三种淬火状态下的组织、应力、硬度等场量的分布情况的预测.通过数值模拟分析,对安装座在淬火过程中变形、开裂等缺陷的产生及防止具有重要的参考意义.
The Quenching Method Numerical Simulation Method Research for Installation
In order to analyze and evaluate the performance of the installation seat material for key load-bearing components of the cabinet,improve its internal mechanical properties and service life,and enhance the reliability of product design.This arti-cle studies the numerical simulation method of heat treatment and conducts numerical simulations on three cooling methods:water quenching,oil quenching,and dual liquid quenching of the mounting seat.It predicts the distribution of field quantities such as microstructure,stress,and hardness of the mounting seat material in the three quenching states.Through numerical simulation analysis,it has important reference significance for the occurrence and prevention of defects such as deformation and cracking of the installation seat during quenching process.
