露天输煤皮带栈桥结构选型对比分析

本文采用Midas Gen有限元分析软件对某电厂27m跨露天栈桥采用蜂窝型H型钢结构和空间管桁架结构两种结构形式进行计算分析,根据计算结果对比两种不同结构形式的用钢量.对比结果表明,27 m跨露天栈桥采用空间管桁架结构用钢量更省,结构更美观轻巧,为同类型栈桥结构合理选型提供参考.
Comparative Analysis of Structural Selection for Open-pit Coal Conveyor Belt Wharf
This article uses Midas Gen finite element analysis software to calculate and analyze two structural forms of honey-comb H-shaped steel structure and spatial pipe truss structure for a 27 meter span open-air wharf in a power plant.Based on the calculation results,the steel consumption of the two different structural forms is compared.The comparison results show that the use of spatial pipe truss structure for the 27 m span open-air wharf requires less steel,has a more beautiful and light-weight structure,and provides a reference for the rational selection of similar wharf structures.
