In order to solve the problems of low safety and efficiency of scaffolding in the construction of high-rise and super high-rise buildings,combined with the construction project of the production dispatching center of the shipping group,this pa-per introduces the definition of all-steel attached lifting scaffold.Through practical cases,the technical difficulties and man-agement problems existing in the aspects of construction preparation,assembly and demolition,adjustment and maintenance of the lifting scaffold are analyzed.The viewpoints of strengthening pre-construction preparation,standardizing assembly and de-molition operations,regular adjustment and maintenance,and establishing a perfect safety management system are put forward.
