In the modern manufacturing industry,the thread gauge,as a key measurement tool,its precision directly affects the quality control of each product from the design drawing to the finished product.In the face of increasingly complex product de-sign,higher standards for threaded connection components.When the thread gauge detection work is carried out,affected by some factors,cause the detection accuracy is not ideal,need to do a good job of research and analysis.Based on this,the paper analyzes the necessity of improving the detection accuracy of thread gauge,expounds the influencing factors of the detection ac-curacy,and gives measures to improve the accuracy of thread gauge detection based on the actual situation,aiming to provide reference for similar studies.
