摘要
针对煤矿综采工作面安装与撤除效率不高、作业内容繁杂、易出错和材料保护不足的问题,研究分别在安装和撤除过程中的各个环节运用了自动化作业技术.通过传感器、监控设备、机器人操作、自动化测试设备等标准化作业流程提高作业的精度、效率和安全性.结果显示,研究使用的技术中激光切割使精度提升83%,机器人焊接使效率提升4.6倍,数据反馈系统控制机械进行撤除作业的误差率为0.29%,具有更高效率和作业精度.研究成果对煤矿安全生产和资源高效具有重要作用.
Abstract
In response to the problems of low installation and removal efficiency,complex operation content,easy errors,and in-sufficient material protection in coal mine fully mechanized mining faces,this study applied automation operation technology in various stages of the installation and removal process.Improve the accuracy,efficiency,and safety of operations through standardized workflows such as sensors,monitoring devices,robot operations,and automated testing equipment.The results showed that laser cutting improved accuracy by 83%and robot welding increased efficiency by 4.6 times among the technolo-gies used in the study.The error rate of the data feedback system controlling the mechanical removal operation was 0.29%,in-dicating higher efficiency and operational accuracy.The research results play an important role in coal mine safety production and resource efficiency.
