摘要

针对30CrMoA抽油杆钢在熔敷金属过程中出现横向开裂问题,进行了宏观分析、化学成分分析和显微组织分析并对熔敷金属操作过程进行观察,设计试验比对方案验证.结果表明抽油杆横向开裂不是原料原因造成,是熔敷金属加工过程操作不当造成的.

Abstract

In response to the transverse cracking problem of 30CrMoA sucker rod steel during the metal deposition process,macroscopic analysis,chemical composition analysis,and microstructure analysis were conducted,and the operation process of the deposited metal was observed.An experimental comparison scheme was designed to verify the results.The results indicate that the transverse cracking of the sucker rod is not caused by the raw material,but by improper operation during the deposi-tion metal processing.
