This paper introduces Bayi Steel's production practice of 600 MPa grade high-strength steel bars.Through the analy-sis and research of steel bars of this strength grade,a chemical composition compounded and strengthened by V and Nb is de-signed.According to the technical characteristics of the product,the steelmaking and rolling production processes are formulat-ed.The finished products of the trial-produced steel bars with nominal diameters of 10 to 32 mm are tested.The product indi-cators meet the requirements of GB1499.2-2024 HRB600 and also conform to the seismic steel bar indicators.
