With the rapid development of the logistics industry,optimizing in plant logistics has become increasingly important.This article analyzes the current situation of logistics in Baosteel Company,combined with the development trend of logistics technology,the process requirements and existing loading and unloading conditions of Baosteel Company,and the actual situa-tion of logistics management in the factory.It proposes some specific logistics optimization strategies aimed at improving logis-tics efficiency and reducing costs.
