A150tons RH vacuum refining furnace was built by BAYI Steel Making Plant in 2023.Practicing started for obtain the product experience of the vacuum decarbonisation on RH refining furnace,and slao to inspect the ability and the rules of relevant parameter of decarbonisation.After production practice,low vacuum and control the appropriate processing time,which can achieve the effect of efficient decarbonisation.The decarbonisation capacity of the newly invested 150-ton RH vacu-um refining furnace can meets the design requirements of less than 0.0015%.
