Domestic Application of Spare Parts for Low-pressure Coal Slur-ry Pump
Low pressure coal slurry pump is the core equipment for coal slurry preparation and transportation process in a cer-tain company.Its main function is to transport the coal slurry processed from the coal mill to the coal slurry tank.The middling coal slurry in the coal slurry tank is pressurized by the low-pressure coal slurry pump to the inlet of the high-pressure feed pump.The low-pressure coal slurry pump is imported from abroad,with high maintenance costs,long procurement cycle,weak risk resistance and other problems.In order to solve the above problems,the imported pump will undergo localization of spare parts.This article introduces the design and development of spare parts,as well as the manufacturing process.The equipment testing parameters are qualified to achieve the expected goals.
