土工布在煤矿膏体充填隔离上的研究与应用

当前我公司在膏体充填隔离凝固工序中,使用的是一般的防水雨篷布作为隔离布.在长期的隔离应用中,发现此雨篷布有着抗拉性较差、透水性较差、成本较高的缺点,且材质本身没有透水性阻碍着膏体中的水外滤,造成膏体凝固时间增加,开采进度就一直得不到提高,严重制约着公司产量的提升.通过现场试验土工布具有良好的透水、透气性能,但它的孔径小,能有效的截留膏体最小颗粒而滤去水流,能有效地阻止浆体外渗.从而能通过滤水降低充填料进入充填区之后的水灰比,减少膏体凝结时间,我们经过多次的实验,总结出泌水率在3%~4%之间,凝固时间能提前3小时左右.从现场隔离速度,凝结时间,现场工作人员反馈,经济效益来看,土工布做为隔离布应用后,隔离速度、工作面推进速度显著提升,膏体凝结时间显著降低,工人劳动强度明显下降,有较好的经济效益.
Research and Application of Geotextile in Coal Mine Paste Fill-ing Isolation
At present,our company in paste filling isolation solidification process,the use of general waterproof tarpaulin as iso-lation cloth.In the long-term isolation application,it is found that the tarpaulin has the disadvantages of poor tensile resis-tance,poor water permeability and high cost,as a result,the paste solidification time increases,the mining progress has not been improved,seriously restricting the production of the company's increase in volume.The geotextile has good water and air permeability through field test,but its pore size is small,it can effectively retain the smallest particles of paste and filter off wa-ter flow,and can effectively prevent slurry leakage.Therefore,the water-cement ratio of filling material after entering the fill-ing area can be reduced by filtering water,and the paste setting time can be reduced.After many experiments,we conclude that the bleeding rate is between 3%and 4%,the setting time can be advanced about 3 hours.From the point of view of site isolation speed,setting time,on-site staff feedback,and economic benefits,the application of geotextile as isolation cloth can significantly increase the isolation speed and advancing speed of working face,and significantly reduce the paste setting time,the labor intensity of the workers decreased obviously,and had better economic benefits.
