Hot rolled pickling plate is an intermediate product between hot rolled plate and cold rolled plate.It has the advan-tages of excellent stamping performance and easy forming.It is widely used in the field of automobile and home appliances.Its quality control is of great significance to ensure product quality,improve production efficiency and meet customer needs.At present,during the production and processing process,various defects may occur on the hot-rolled pickling plate surface,which not only affect the appearance quality of the product,but also may affect its mechanical properties and service life.Therefore,it is of great significance to understand and master the production process,common surface defects and causes and preventive measures of hot rolled pickling plate to ensure product quality and improve production efficiency.This paper first summarizes the pickling production process of hot rolled pickling plate,then analyzes the common surface defects of hot rolled pickling plate,and finally puts forward effective quality control measures to improve the surface quality of products.
