The maintenance and construction of industrial and trade enterprises are the hardest hit areas for work-related acci-dents.In steel enterprises,the maintenance time of converter furnaces is long,the task is heavy,the number of people is large,and the risk is high.Therefore,safety control of converter furnace maintenance is very important.The author takes the construc-tion process of a 300 ton large converter furnace in their unit as an example to study effective safety control measures for steel-making converter furnaces and explore methods to ensure the safety of converter furnace construction.
