Analysis of Fracture and Improvement of Regulating Stage Blades in Cogeneration Steam Turbine
In order to avoid the problem of blade breakage in cogeneration steam turbines,optimize operational performance,and improve operational efficiency,it is necessary to consider the influence of factors such as temperature,environment,and pressure,deeply analyze the specific causes of blade breakage in the regulating stage,and propose targeted improvement mea-sures to reduce the safety and economic impacts caused by blade breakage.This article introduces the basic structure and func-tion of the regulating stage of a steam turbine,taking a turbine blade fracture accident in a thermal power plant as an example.By inspecting and analyzing the blades,the causes are explored,and specific improvement measures are proposed to provide reference for industry technology optimization.
