Energy Conversion in Thermal Power Generation:The Synergis-tic Effect of 1000 MW Steam Turbine and Boiler
This article focuses on the energy conversion problem of 1000MW thermal power generation units,analyzes the syn-ergistic effect between the 1000 MW steam turbine produced by Shanghai Steam Turbine Factory and the 1000 MW DC boiler of Dongfang Boiler Company,and focuses on exploring the synergistic optimization strategy of the two under the DEH control system and its improvement on power generation efficiency,stability,and economic benefits.By studying the current situation,challenges,optimization strategies,and case analysis based on DEH system,the advantages and future trends of the coordinat-ed development of steam turbine and boiler are revealed.The results show that reasonable control and operation optimization can not only achieve efficient load response of the unit,but also improve energy utilization and promote the development of in-telligent and environmentally friendly thermal power generation.
