A collision issue was identified between the desulfurization overhead crane beam and the charging bay crane during operation in XIN JIANG BAYI IRONG STEEL GROUP CO.LTD.A thorough inspection,load-bearing analysis,and reliability assessment of the desulfurization crane beam system found that the reliability level was relatively low,and construction devia-tions were present.Corresponding modification recommendations were proposed to ensure safe operation.
