冷轧活套带钢跑偏原因分析及改进措施

对于酸连轧机组,活套大套量(套量>80%)且活套运行稳定是确保高效稳定运行的决定性因素之一,然而在生产过程中,经常会出现带钢跑偏或低套量运行的现象,严重制约了生产.我们通过对带钢跑偏现象或低套量运行进行研究分析,并结合现场实践经验展开讨论与原因分析,总结出了几个关键性影响因素:活套车及轨道偏差、辊系磨损及安装不准确、纠偏精度问题.根据问题制定了改进措施,带钢跑偏问题得到了解决,保障了设备稳定运行,提高了生产效率.
Analysis and Improvement Measures for the Deviation of Cold-rolled Looper Strip Steel
For acid rolling mills,a large number of loops(>80%)and stable loop operation are decisive factors in ensuring effi-cient and stable operation.However,in the production process,the phenomenon of strip deviation or low loop operation often occurs,which seriously restricts production.We have conducted research and analysis on the phenomenon of strip steel devia-tion or low sleeve operation,and combined with on-site practical experience to discuss and analyze the reasons.We have sum-marized several key influencing factors:deviation of the loop car and track,roller wear and inaccurate installation,and correc-tion accuracy issues.Improvement measures were formulated based on the problem,and the issue of strip deviation was re-solved,ensuring stable operation of the equipment and improving production efficiency.
