摘要
本文阐述一种干熄焦旋转密封阀制动装置,包括底座,底座上端面一侧设置有阀体,阀体一侧套设有从动盘,阀体一侧位于从动盘上端设置有固定杆,从动盘两侧均套设有制动盘,制动盘上端一侧设有穿孔,固定杆一侧穿插在穿孔内,两个制动盘外壁两侧均转动连接有控制杆,两个控制杆下端之间转动连有丝套,丝套内螺纹连接有丝杆,底座上端面另一侧设置有主异步电机,丝杆下端一侧与主异步电机转动轴端转动连接.主异步电机通过丝杆带动丝套向下方移动,控制制动盘两侧向下移动,同时带动摩擦片对从动盘挤压,增大了摩擦片与从动盘之间的摩擦阻力,使从动盘带动阀体的转子轴停止转动,达到对阀体有效的制动效果.
Abstract
This paper describes a dry quenching rotary sealing valve brake device,including the base,the upper side of the base,the valve body,the side of the valve body,the main discrete motor.The main asynchronous motor moves the sleeve down-ward through the wire rod to control the downward movement of the brake plate,and drives the friction plate to squeeze the driven plate against the driven plate,which increases the friction resistance between the friction plate and the driven plate,so that the rotor shaft of the driven plate and the valve body can stop turning,so as to achieve the effective braking effect on the valve body.
