A Brief Discussion on the Improvement and Transformation of Functional Accuracy of Short Stress Universal Rolling Mill
When using a universal rolling mill to roll I-beams and H-beams,high attention should be paid to the impact of roll-ing mill accuracy on product quality.In practical work,the main influencing factors are the horizontal roller system and the side pressure roller system.Once significant deviations and design defects occur,it can lead to quality issues such as eccentric-ity of the web plate,excessive flange inclination,and large thickness deviations in each leg.By optimizing the design defects,the precision of the rolling mill can be effectively improved and the amount of scrap can be reduced.
