Flat rolling is an important process after annealing of cold rolled strip steel,which directly affects the shape quality of finished strip steel.Profile is an important quality index of cold rolled strip steel.The process of profile control is complicat-ed,the amount of interference is large,and the flat mill is faced with various profile defects.Therefore,this paper studies the shape control of the cold rolling mill,explains the main defects of the shape of the cold rolling mill,and analyzes the main fac-tors affecting the shape of the cold rolling mill and the control mode of the shape,so as to achieve a good control effect and im-prove the quality of the cold rolling strip.
